Every detail was good and I loved it. The location was absolutely perfect and impeccable, in the midst of Osaka's nightlife with easy access to shopping centres and a market...

Great-sized and extremely pleasant room with the laundry, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. The breakfasts with more options. Perfect location very close to namba station and shopping area, Osaka, Japan, and dotonbori and namba Station, early check-in.

There were a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge in my reasonably large and functional room. The supper friendly stuff gave good recommendations.
There were pretty small beds in our room.

Great location, small but very well designed room
The railing around the interior stairwell is too low, someone could easily trip over or lose balance and fall.

The staff was wonderful. Their English was way above average Japanese English, so they actually understood you and you could understand them. They did their best to help you with every possible problem - they even gave me medicine when I became sick. The cleaning ladies tried to do our room every day, but when we stayed in, they just left a bag with new towels, water etc. at our door.
Well, the rooms are tiny, but there's still some space for your suitcases under the bed. The cleaning ladies don't speak any English, but they're very nice and if you need anything, you can always ask at the front desk.

The rooms were clean and sufficiently spacious. The staff were friendly and kept my bag til check-in.
The bathrooms were a little too small. We booked the Standard Twin Room and an Economy Pillar Room, and both were pretty much the same comfort. So go for the Economy Room to save about 20 dollars. That said, the cost of the rooms were a bit too high for what they were.

What a terrific place! Great location, great attention to detail and loads of perks thrown in free - a little gift for my wife, free DVD loan, free internet, tea/coffee making in the room, even a recharging station for iPhones etc.
Only slight criticism would be that the demi-double room was very small, but it is Japan I'm being picky.

perfect base for exploring osaka's vibrant streets and parks
I loved being just a short stroll from both the bustling Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and the calming expanse of Osaka Castle Park, made exploring the city so easy. It was especially good coming back to the hotel after a day of wandering around and enjoying the free drinks and snacks offered in the lobby.
